The Special Events Canterbury Trust run amazing balls twice a year plus an afternoon tea dance. The next ball is this Saturday 2nd Dec 2018 and is sold out. Registration & tickets are essential and usually sell out well in advance so if you’d like to book tickets for the St Patrick’s Ball in March 2018 information and registration forms can be found below:

The Friendship Choir and Humdinger Singers are excited to be moving to a NEW VENUE from next week 11th September 2017. Both will now meet at the St Albans Uniting Church at 260 Knowles Street in Mairehau. They will have lots more space and it looks like a great venue.
Well August’s dance for folk with intellectual disabilities was so much fun one of our guests absolutely refused to go home! A huge thank you to the Special Events Canterbury Trust and all the fabulous volunteers and support staff who made today a success! And of course thanks to all our wonderful guests for being such groovy people!
